about COVID-19

On COVID-19, for patients, surgeons, healthcare providers, partners, and our community...

In this trying time for the entire world, Centinel Spine continues to closely monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to ensure the safety of our employees and partners, while supporting the needs of our customers and patients.

We remain grateful for the public health authorities and healthcare professionals who continue to tackle this unprecedented challenge and support our communities on a day-to-day basis.

We continue to closely monitor the situation and adhere to global and local guidance. Additionally, we are working closely with our manufacturing and distribution partners to ensure consistent delivery of Centinel Spine products where and when they are needed.

To ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, patients, and partners—as well as minimizing disruption to our distribution and supply chain—we have taken several actions, including:
  • Continuing to operate our West Chester headquarters with mission critical individuals in order to maintain distribution of needed product to surgeons and patients
  • Implementing aggressive cleaning protocols and safety procedures for our global distribution centers
  • Maintaining surgical procedure support coverage with local Centinel Spine partners or virtually supporting coverage when local healthcare policy prevents entrance to medical facilities
  • Recommending all employees adhere to the best practices laid out by top public health officials and requiring any employee who is not feeling well to self-quarantine and consult their healthcare provider as appropriate
  • Monitoring of our supply chain and operations to assure we can continue to provide Centinel Spine product to our patient communities around the world

Please let us know how we can continue to support you during this time by contacting your local Centinel Spine sales representative. You can also contact our customer service representatives at 1-484-887-8810 or cs@centinelspine.com.

For over 30 years, Centinel Spine has been dedicated to the health and well-being of all of the communities we serve—helping us become the Leader in Anterior Column Reconstruction. This dedication will lead us through this most demanding and difficult period.
